Cancellation and Return Policy

General Terms

All products sold by ITL Health Limited are brand new and are manufactured to meet the highest industry standards. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Products are shipped FOB (Free On Board) and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. For shipping damage, customers should file claim to their carrier immediately. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to ITL Health Limited within 24 hours. All packages will be shipped the following business day. Because of the nature of the internet, online ordering your purchase from ITL Health Limited acknowledges that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. All brands and product names mentioned are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective holders.

Cancellation Policy

Any order may be cancelled up to the point where it is shipped. After that point the Return Policy takes effect.

Products cannot be returned if the only reason is that you do not like a particular flavour.

Please try samples of products from your local store to be sure you enjoy a particular flavour. If that is not possible, please This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. us and we can mail you out a sample of a particular flavour if available. If you believe a product is spoiled, do not consume the product and do NOT open additional packages/containers of the product. Call our Customer Service Department for instructions.

Unopened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. All items returned must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging and have the RMA number on the original invoice. Products must be shipped back to ITL Health Limited at the customers' expense. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.

RE-STOCKING FEES: There is a 15% restocking fee for the return of (3 or more) of the same product(s). 

SHIPPING FEES. If your original purchase qualified for Free Shipping and you choose to return any part or all of the order, you will be still responsible to pay for any shipping and handling costs that we have already incurred to ship the product(s) to you.

All approved returns must have the RMA number on the original invoice that you obtained from our customer service department.

Credit Verification

Your order may be subject to credit verification at the discretion of ITL Health Limited. We verify the shipping/billing address information you provide before processing your order. If the information you provided disagrees with your credit card company's records, your order may be delayed or held. ITL Health Limited Customer Service will contact you if your order is being held and provide you with instructions. Failure to reply or meet the conditions of these instructions will result in automatic cancellation of your order within 10 business days. These policies are designed to protect our customers and business against credit card fraud. We apologize in advance if they present any inconvenience.

Back Orders

We make every effort to maintain our inventory and mark items “out-of-stock” on our website. On occasion, however, we may have fewer items in stock than what you order. Should this happen, we will wait one day and then ship you what we have and adjust the amount of your purchase accordingly. We will back-order the remaining product and send out immediately when we receive stock. ITL Health Limited will pay for the shipping of the back order. Out of stock items are usually replenished in two business days. If you decide that you no longer want to buy items that have not shipped yet, you can contact our Customer Service Department and cancel them. We do not back order International shipments as there are usually border crossing costs and we don’t want our customers to incur multiple boarder entries. We will wait the two business days and ship the order in its entirety. You will be notified by email is a back order situation arises regardless of the value of your back-order, we will make every effort to notify you by either phone or email with regard to the status of your order. Your credit card is processed at the time of the order. This policy is designed to help protect our customers and business against credit card fraud. All cancelled back orders will be credited with a full refund within 2 business days.
